We use this company exclusively for our automotive repair needs. They are always pleasant to deal with, speak to us intelligently about our problems and how to fix them and don’t recommend services that are not needed.

Very grateful for Gerald and Steve. It’s taken years to find a trustworthy mechanic. It’s a long drive for me for every appointment but I’d rather go where I know I’m taken care of. I had to get my tires rotated and Steve showed me some of the factory lugnuts that were on my car, that the tech wasn’t able to properly tighten down because of the design and wear. They said they couldn’t do the rotation because they wouldn’t put me in that liability of my lugnuts not being properly tightened and having my tire come off while driving. Not only did Steve show me he cared about me as a person, but also showed me a set of lugnuts to buy that were a fraction the cost of the original factory set. So I set another appointment a week later after getting a different set of lugnuts. In and out. Simple. Fast. How many businesses are still left that care more about the relationship than the transaction? Let me introduce you to your new mechanic.

I went to all pro with an air conditioner problem. I am a pretty good mechanic myself, and I had determined that it was electrical that was causing my compressor not to come on. The technician at all pro informed me that my complete system was contaminated, and the Freon all needed to be purged, flushed out to the tune of about $600. I was convinced that it was an electrical problem so I said well no I’m not going to pay that. I took the truck to Eagle Tire in Milton and they confirmed that it was just a blown fuse that was causing the compressor not to come on. What is bad is my next-door neighbor took his truck to all pro and they told him the same thing that he needed to change his compressor flush the system etc. etc. all he needed was a little bit of Freon added . He also knew a little bit about air conditioners and said that’s not it. Here’s the problem had both of us not knowing anything about air conditioners. We probably would’ve just paid these guys to fix it. It was a rip off waiting to happen.

I would not trust my car with anyone else. Their professionalism and the quality of their work is the best.
