They over charged so much for a part for our vehicle that the insurance company would not cover the whole thing. They only cover the average price. They charged us over 1000 more than the average price for the part

Sherri I'm sorry if you felt we overcharged you for something but not sure which vehicle it was last time you were here12/2020 we looked at your Chevrolet and it had some oil leaks but gave you an estimate but you didn't have us repair it and now on another vehicle no sure which one being you only show the one in our system but being cost have gone way up and supply has gone way low on availabilty and labor has gone up as well and sometimes we have to buy a part from the dealership which makes it even more again sorry you felt we overcharged you

I've learned over the time that when people write reviews it's only to complain about the very few and some unfortunate results. But my experience that goes along with the rest of my family has been outstanding through and through. We will continue to go here for these reasons; Amazing diagnostics, customer service, and prices. Every one there is amiable and they have people who go in and out of that place satisfied and more. Like i said, some don't take the time to review things like this because it would only be those with the bad experience. But they are amazing and reliable whenever you need them. Excellent place with an easy in and out.
