I couldn't have my car repaired due to time constraints but the customer service was great. They seemed like kind people and I felt they were honest with me about what was wrong and how serious it was. It was definitely appreciated and I'll come here if I'm ever back in the Milton area.

This entire team was competent, professional, friendly, and mindful of my situation. I'm traveling alone for work and got caught in a storm when my wipers quit. This spot was the AAA garage, so I was kind of stuck. Needed to finish my workday, so agreed to get towed to the spot in hopes they wouldn't take advantage of my dire situation. They found the problem right away, then quickly located the assembly they needed to replace at a local Cadillac dealer. They explained everything as we went and even showed me the part that broke. I was back in the road in under four hours. The repair was reasonably priced. They even changed my (overdue) oil while I was there! Could not recommend this gang more highly, nor can I thank them enough.

ALL PRO TUNE MILTON very official Napa service center !!!! They explained to me in official, great detail, and polite manner ,,,why my bill was OVER 400 dollars , HAD EXACTLY the SAME PROBLEM I brought it in for and were kind enough to CHARGE ME..... 180.00 dollars.... for a battery I could buy at Napa for less than 90.00 dollars the size of a solo cup and only CHARGED ME 67.00 dollars for what appears to be an average of a 5 to 10 min install with no speacial tools . EXCELLENT CHARGING SKILLS guys way to go !!!! If you need CHARGED this is your place !!!! Thank God they didnt FIX ANYTHING I couldnt afford the bill ?? PLEASE feel free to ask any questions ,I might have a few tips to save YOU from CHARGES no matter who your service provider is .The awesome and most beautiful .future Mrs, Thedford has agreed to allow me to pick our future auto service center PS I LOVE YOU KITTEN .

I came here because of the good reviews, they were nice when I called on the phone and brought my vehicle in, however when I left after the repair my vehicle had a pressurized van left in the engine bay. After driving 10 minutes down the rod with a clunking sound, I pulled over and checked it out to see a can of spray left in the engine bay. If that were to puncture, I’m pretty sure it would’ve caused a good amount of damage to myself and my vehicle. I will not be coming back due to a negligent mechanic not ensuring his tools are out of the vehicle he’s working on.

Giving one price on the phone and get another price for $ 200.00 more after work is completed. This place use to be pretty good shop but now it just seems to be a money trap. Dealership prices for a private shop is what u get here. I'll never return again

Gerald is great at what he does. This is the only place we take our vehicles now. I especially love the updates I get over text and even more so love the pictures that they take of everything during the repair.

I took my truck up there for a coolant leak. They replace the radiator and the thermostat as well as a new cap. When I got my truck it seemed like everything was good, a couple days later my truck is leaking from the same spot. I called up there and they were not going to work with me at all even though they said they did a professional inspection of the coolant system. the man I was talking to made it seem like it was my fault he said it was neglect of the truck. How many non mechanics regularly check the coolant system? I spent over $1,000. That may not be a lot to some but it is a lot to me. They missed the problem and want to charge me again to fix the problem that they missed. Also they were supposed to contact me before they added any new parts the cap and the thermostat were added onto my bill without my permission. Don't waste your time and money go somewhere else. Typical mechanics
