I rented a RV for vacation and ended up having to cancel the reservation due to a family emergency. All Pro Tune Up was able to cancel the reservation. I know this may not sound like a big deal but, I was impressed with the person who took my call. They were very understanding, compassionate, and professional. They have outstanding customer service, in todays world that's hard to find.

Very busy shop but is always true of a good honest business. They replaced the entire wiring harness inside the dash and I can not tell that the dash was removed and put back . Great customer care . Thanks so much .

I have a 1983 DeLorean that needed an oil change. The oil drain plug was a special plug from when it was built. It was a little boogered up so the insert would not catch. They did an excellent job figuring out how to get the oil plug out. Kudos for thinking outside the box 👍.

Stephen is very knowledgeable. He always tells me what needed to be done immediately and what could wait a little bit. I will never take a car anywhere else.

Excellent customer service. My car would not start and was a simple issue of cleaning battery terminals and tightening clamps. They tested the battery to make sure it was in good condition and that solved the problem. They also looked the car over while it was there and recommended some other repairs that need to be done to prevent getting stranded and causing even greater more expensive repairs.

Everyone there is very responsive and courteous. Service and pricing is on point. Steve is especially superb with service and communication. I trust this team with all my vehicles.

Appreciation they say is an application for more. If I fail to acknowledge you it'll shows how ungrateful I am.
