These guys have great customer service, which we all know is very rare these days. I had my car towed in because the starter went out. They replaced the starter very quickly and also let me know about a few other things that needed to be done, sending me a detailed explanation with pictures. They kept in touch with me throughout the day, always asking before they did anything and very clearly informing me of how much it was going to cost. I ended up having my transmission, power steering, and cooling systems flushed and two belts replaced that were cracking. I understand that some people might not want extra things added on when they bring their car in for repair, but I tend to be very neglectful when it comes to car care, so these were things that really needed to be done. And as I said, they asked first and were very clear about the cost beforehand. I was very impressed that they were able to do all of this in one day and that they were so easy and pleasant to do business with. I will definitely come back to them next time I need car repair.

This auto repair shop is one of the few left that has great service with integrity. They do not try to sell you the kitchen sink when all you need is a new faucet. From the front desk clerk to the mechanics to the owner, you always get friendly, honest answers. I would continue to take my vehicles there vs some of the national auto repair shops, simply for that. But, they are also reasonable on pricing.

Steve got me in as soon as we arrived sat morning. Service has been excellent every time. There was an issue the first time we came in but they called me and it was resolved. Theses guys are very professional and care about customer satisfaction.

Great service and great advise. I recently purchased a diesel truck and I was reluctant as I have never owned a diesel powered vehicle. I called Steve several times and spoke to Mr. Gillis in person, they both patiently answered all my questions and helped me make a smart confident decision about buying the vehicle. All Pro Tune Up has cost me thousands of dollars in repairs on my car and my daughter's car. I have had to take both cars to a real mechanic to be fixed properly. The final straw was them giving me a quote for $1700 to repair my head gaskets. I took my car to Pensacola to get a second opinion and the manager spent 5 minutes looking at my car and told me my car was fine. Me, my family, and my friends will never go back. Do not, I REPEAT DO NOT, trust All Pro Tune Up! I have saved all of the receipts and am seriously considering calling the B.B.B......... Update: the owner had the audacity to call me this morning to discuss my review. So, I'm now going to give part 2. I just got home from the mechanic shop where my car is. He lifted my car up and showed me the motor mounts which I paid $500 for at All Pro Tune Up. The drivers side had 1 bolt that was cross-threaded and was not tight. Then he showed me another bolt which was a tiny bolt and should not have been I'm at all. Both mounts were hard mounts. Mine requires soft mounts. The transmission mount was shot and sitting at an angle, not flush. My car has been vibrating terribly since All Pro Tune Up changed the mounts. I just spent an extra $650 to have them fixed properly. Also, I spent $150 to have my drivers side window fixed properly. It took All Pro Tune Up 3 attempts and they still couldn't fix it. My mechanic said he had never seen such a mess in his 40 years of experience. In summation, I spent $800 today to fix what All Pro Tune Up screwed up.... Now I want to discuss my transmission. I took my car into All Pro Tune Up and said my stick shift was hard to get into reverse. They charged me $2000 to work on the transmission. Guess what. My car is still hard to get in reverse.......... Now I want to discuss the cowing. All Pro Tune Up said a cowing was $200 just for the part. I picked up a new one from Butler Auto Salvage on Old Paladox for $100. Brand new. Let me tell you what All Pro Tune Up did. Because I found the part for $100 cheaper, they charged me $100 to put it on. It took their mechanic 15 minutes to install it......... There will be more added to this as I get the money for more repairs and find out that it was their fault, or if the owner makes the mistake of calling me again........ They have pissed me off to no end! UPDATE: I just spent $380 on my passenger window to get fixed. The mechanic said that was the biggest mess he's ever seen. All Pro Tune Up had 3 attempts at it. I also got a new radiator. All Pro couldn't figure out why I was overheating, but they wanted to charge me $1500 to replace my head gaskets. Harley Automotive on Michigan Av. charges $1000. Harleys told me my head gaskets were fine. NOW, I want to discuss having to call a deputy sheriff on All Pro Tune Up. Apparently this post angered the owner. He kept robo-texting my phone. I had to send a deputy with a warning. A restraining order was coming if he didn't stop harrassing me. I still have a case # pending. ALL PRO TUNE UP are thieves and liers. I have had to pay a mechanic to fix everything All Pro touched. Oh, I heard his commercial on an A.M. station. I never laughed so hard in my life. Ol' boy said his business is a Christian business. I figure they owe me about $2000 so far. I have reported them to the B.B.B.. If anyone wants to take civil action against All Pro, please contact me.

I have taken my vehicles here for years and have never been disappointed. I have everything done here and have NEVER had a problem.... not once. Once I bought new tires, from another store, and Gerald noticed the tires were egg shaped. I took the car back to the tire store and after 26,000 miles.... I received a brand new set of 4 tires at no charge. I once brought my car in and thought it was going to be an expensive repair.... but the mechanic tweaked a thingamajig and it was fixed at no charge. I have nothing but good things to report and if you want a fair and square deal.... they will do what they can to help your vehicle work well. They also rent uhaul.
