Overall, my experience was very good. I spoke with them and received an estimate, then dropped it off. It was expected to take about a week and a half, but I received a call within a week saying it was ready and completed. I was initially worried about the price, but after asking around I learned it was a typical average. They weren’t trying to overcharge, and the final cost matched the quoted price with no surprise fees at the end.

My first visit, made at the recommendation of a friend, was great. Good intake and good communication through Steve.

Steve and his staff are top notch! As a single woman, it is always nerve wracking worrying about being taken advantage of for basic knowledge when it comes to auto maintenance.
